i rate them according to face (facial features), body (breasts, toned, tanned), youth (younger the better), plastic surgery (the less the better), and whether they have given birth or not (gave birth =bad).

6. jessica alba: used to be #1 on my list... until she got knocked up.
7. vanessa hudgens: those nude pics sure did wonders as far as marketing goes. i'm 35 year old and i watched all the high school musicals.
8. lindsay lohan: LiLo has been a little self-destructive and even went through an all-out lesbian phase,but damn she's still hot. i watched every single one of her movies.
9. beyonce knowles: the only black girl who made my list (had to include tyra banks on the all-time list) jay-z is a lucky guy
10. leighton meester: this chick from gossip girl is the only reason why i watch.
11. miley cyrus: a lot of people seem to hate her, but can't deny she's hot and just 16.
12. keira knightley: her body is horrible (incredibly flat), but she has the perfect face.

14. jennifer aniston: had to include one of my all-time favorites. at 40, she is still looking fine.
15. katy perry: kinda pale, but who cares? her body made up for it.
honorable mention: kate beckinsale (getting kinda old), angelina jolie (too many kids), adrianna lima (recently knocked up), hayden pannetierre (still young and fresh), cameron diaz (all-time #1 on my list, getting kinda old), jennifer lopez, (getting kinda old), eva mendes (getting up in age), rihanna (a bit of a weirdo with her hairdo and edgy fashion), taylor swift (another up-and-coming young talent), kristin kreuk (ditto), tila tequila (this isn't a joke. sure, she looks kinda fake, but every straight man would tap that), mischa barton (having some personal issues, but still hot), scarlett johansson (she's pale and fat, but gotta love the titties)
